    Senior Finance Specialist - PS Excellence

    ​

  • Strong experience in PeopleSoft 9.2 FSCM - Project Costing, Billing, Account Receivables and Revenue Accounting
  • Experience resolving functional and technical issues using development best practices
  • Ability to troubleshoot application issues and resolve them in a timely manner.
  • Ability to document detailed functional requirements and collaborate with technical resources to implement solutions.
  • Good with data extraction and troubleshooting tools such as PSQuery, and SQL.
  • Familiar with the ticketing tool Service Now
  • Continuously monitor and analyze O2C processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Recommend and implement enhancements to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and optimize cash flow.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track O2C performance against targets.
  • Provide ongoing support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and address system-related queries.
  • Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions to ensure effective utilization of PS O2C functionalities.

  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Preferably more than 5+ years of working experience in O2C.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Team player and yet able to work independently
  • Experience with US GAAP
