    Job Overview

    We are hiring a Telecaller/Loan Executive to join our team at Qualifiyer. As a Telecaller/Loan Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our loan products, and assisting them in their loan application process. This is a full-time position with a salary range of [Provide Salary Range]. We are looking for candidates with 1-3 years of experience in telecalling or loan processing.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Proven experience of 1-3 years in telecalling or loan processing
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain our loan products in detail
    • Assist customers in filling out loan application forms and provide them with necessary guidance
    • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of customer details and loan applications
    • Handle customer queries, resolve complaints, and provide excellent customer service
