- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of procurement efforts.
- Provide expertise and guidance on procurement-related matters.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Purchase Manager, Procurement Manager, or similar role in the real estate or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, equipment, and procurement processes.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze market trends and vendor performance data.
- Familiarity with construction regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in using procurement software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
