    Description

    This role presents an opportunity to drive sales of products, systems, and services within a designated market or division in alignment with the division strategy.

    Responsibilities:

    • Meet qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction
    • Showcase expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities
    • Add new dealers and appoint distributors in new areas as needed
    • Prepare secondary claims for market operations and report to superiors and product heads
    • Promote project sales and dealer sales, increasing revenue through support and liquidations

    Requirements:

    • Diploma, BE, or MBA degree
    • 5-12 years of experience in the Building Segment, selling MCBs, DBs, and Switches
    • Knowledge of wiring segments and strong connections with builders and contractors
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Strong leadership quality with a proven track record in business development and relationship management
