Responsible for:
Developing Quarterly outreach plans – in person and online sessions for PAN India region while working closely with the Head of Outreach.
Working on maximizing visibility and improving connect with key influencers like coaching heads, tuition centre heads, school counsellors, principals, and teachers.
Leading all relationship development initiatives across region for Coaching & School connect program with aim of improving student inflow from these coaching & schools.
Delivering presentations, interactive sessions across different coaching & schools of the region.Building up School network to increase reach, build up brand to get a sustainable pipeline of leads to nurture.
Strategizing and organizing/ participating in events like principal meets, open houses, career fairs etc.
You should have:
Strong Relationship Development skills.
Excellent communication skills- both verbal and written.
Agility, Persistence and Diligence.
Flexibility to travel frequently in their specific region.
Eligibility:
Graduation/ Dropout can also apply if you have excellent interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalentExperience in Education Outreach will be preferred
