    Job Details
    Job Title - React native developer

    Office Location - Office No: , Time Square, CG Road, Ellisbridge, Ahmedabad, Gujarat

    Duration & Type of Employment

    • For example, Full Time Permanent
    Work Style - Hybrid

    In Office days - 2 to 3 days a week

    Relocation - Candidate must be willing to relocate to Ahmedabad GJ, with reasonable notice.

    Requirements

    Ideal Candidate
    We're seeking an individual who thrives on technical challenges and collaborative endeavors. The ideal candidate should excel in requirements analysis, exhibit strong leadership traits, and possess a proactive problem-solving approach. Motivation and drive are pivotal in our dynamic setting.

    Must-Have Technical Capabilities
    Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging React Native to construct robust mobile applications compatible with iOS and Android platforms.

    Strong command over JavaScript and TypeScript, showcasing adeptness in crafting efficient code.

    Practical experience utilizing native build tools such as Xcode and Gradle for mobile app development.

    Familiarity with code quality assurance tools like ESLint to ensure clean and standardized code.

    Proficiency in version control systems like Git for effective code management.

    Nice to Have
    Knowledge of continuous integration and deployment practices.

    Experience in crafting UI tests for mobile applications.

    Prior work with React Native styled-components

    Knowledge in building animations using Moti or reanimated.

    Essential Job Functions & Duties
    Create pixel perfect screens according to Figma designs.

    Write clean, modular, and maintainable code while ensuring application performance.

    Stay updated with the latest mobile app development trends and technologies.

    Other Responsibilities
    Engage in proactive collaboration across teams to deliver innovative features and resolve bugs.

    Develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications for iOS and Android using React Native.

    Foster a close working relationship with designers and product managers to ensure seamless application delivery.

    Educational & Experience

    Preferred Educational Background:
    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.

    Alternative Acceptable Educational Background:
    BCA / MCA.

    Minimum Experience Required: 2 years.

    Management & People Skills
    Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration within cross-functional teams.

    Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    Leadership qualities and the ability to take the initiative when tackling challenges.

    Requirements

    Ideal Candidate :

    • Possesses a working knowledge of Javascript, Typescript, and AWS.
    • Prior experience with working on NPM Packages and building them.
    • Has working experience with a mono-repo code structure. Must Have Technical Capabilities (If applicable) : AWS Javascript Typescript NodeJs NPM Packages Github CI/CD (Aspects of Devops) Serverless
