Roles and Responsibilities

Handle Incoming calls, Leads or enquires.

Calling & addressing enquires.

Maintain track of Calls, Leads and enquires as per the assigned process .

Connecting the calls to the required department and concern person to further address the query.

Good communication & coordination skills

Maintaining and updating complete data of the same.

The above role is preferred only for Work From Office

Dynamic candidate with good command on English as tele caller

Experience - fresher or experienced
