- ML/AI Deployment specialist role to support development and deployment of AI solutions in healthcare analytics in a range of technical environments
- This role will involve development, deployment and evangelization of new/innovative scalable high-performance solutions using state-of-the-art data engineering techniques and advanced analytical platforms
- You will be working with multi-disciplinary project teams with industry expertise, technology skills, and functional knowledge
- Typical activities will spread from supporting stakeholder workshops and AI use case definition, requirements gathering, development, deployment and/or integration of applications and technology solutions
- Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university with consistent outstanding academic record (Masters/PhD degree in applied mathematics, statistics or other quantitative field is preferred)
- 5+ years of analytics experience in a reputed company with at least 2+ years of experience in development and deploying machine learning algorithms.
- Proven record of high performance and substantial achievements in past positions
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Should possess various skills of data/decision scientist on the following 2 dimensions:
- Technology
- Excellent knowledge of containerization using Docker
- Excellent knowledge of Python, Pyspark, and Flask
- Experience with Databricks
- Experience with SQL databases
- Experience with cloud infrastructure management Azure
- Experience with CI/CD
- Business & Consulting
- Unstructured problem solving
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in developing and deploying projects involving statistical modelling, machine learning, optimization etc.
- Ability to produce insightful, high quality, executive-level analyses
- Experience with packaging and deploying applications using various tools
- Experience with monitoring and alerting systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Work with internal and client cloud infrastructures on Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Implement and manage containerization using Docker and Kubernetes
- Implement and manage MLOps pipelines in collaboration with data scientists
- Develop and maintain Python, Pyspark based applications
- Develop and maintain databases, including SQL and NoSQL databases
- Develop and maintain workflows on Spark clusters (e.g. Databricks, Cloudera)
- Package and deploy applications using various tools
- Collaborate and mentor junior AI engineers
- Demonstrate versatility and creative thinking in problem-solving
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in AI and MLOps
- Models and frames business use cases that are meaningful and which impact on critical business processes and/or decisions
- Makes strategic recommendations on data collection, architecture, and integration incorporating business requirements and knowledge of best practices
- Develops innovative and effective approaches to solve problems and communicates results
- Works in iterative processes with the stakeholders and validates findings
- Communicates and works with business subject matter experts and organizational leadership
