Responsibilities:

1. Technical Leadership:
   ● Proficient in all the tools and skills as mentioned in the below table with level as "Must Have".
   ● Excellent Problem solver and proficient coder, strong in Data Structures and algorithms.
   ● Should use Object Oriented programming paradigm for development.
   ● Should translate the requirement to high performing python code.
   ● Come up with innovative solutions for recurring problems.
   ● Driving technical vision and execution as well as providing architectural and functional
   leadership to a team of engineers in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
   ● Lead the team and provide technical guidance to the team.
   
2. Problem Solving:
   ● Very good in analytical & logical thinking on different perspectives. Ability to handle
   challenges & resolve any blockers.
   ● Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during development or in production.
   
3. Project Management:
   ● Deliver within planned effort, budget, and timelines.
   ● Provide metrics for bug density, no. of bugs in the module, resources utilization and
   productivity.
   ● Estimation for all the new work within 15% variation against the actuals.
   ● Ensure proper and timely time sheets for self and for the team.
   
4. Code Review:
   ● Document and Perform code review for all units of code before merging into the development
   branch.
   ● Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to deliver high-quality software.
   
5. Quality Assurance:
   ● Should ensure zero or minimum no. of bugs in the module.
   ● Adhere to the software development process and coding guidelines.
   
6. Architecture and Design:
   ● Should understand the architectural design document.
   ● Reduce the tech debt with the most efficient design.
   ● Expertise in REST API design and implementation
   ● Solid understanding of software development roles, processes, and procedures in the context
   of Web and Database development
   
7. Collaboration:
   ● Coordinate across teams to ensure integration with other modules.
   ● Good communication skills as well as a positive attitude and a drive to learn
   ● Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
   
8. Team Building:
   ● Should be accountable for the team's performance and modules assigned.
   ● Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
   ● Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members
   
9. Risk Management:
   ● Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with the development.
   ● Proactively address issues that may impact the successful development of any feature.
   
10. Documentation:
    ● Should write Low level and High-Level design documentation.
    ● Ensure proper documentation of code, architecture, and processes.
