Responsibilities:

• Assessingpatients health conditions and implementing appropriate nursingcare plans
• Administering medications andtreatments as prescribed byphysicians
• Monitoring patients vital signs anddocumenting their progress
• Collaborating withthe healthcare team to develop and implement patient careplans
• Providing emotional support and guidanceto patients and their families
• Ensuringcompliance with infection control and safetyprotocols
• Maintaining accurate and uptodatemedical records
• Participating in continuouseducation and training programs to enhance nursingskills

Qualifications:

• ANM/GNM/BScNursing degree from a recognizedinstitution
• Valid nursing license andregistration
• Minimum of 2 years of experienceas a Staff Nurse
• Excellent clinical andcritical thinking skills
• Strong communicationand interpersonal abilities
• Ability to workeffectively in a fastpacedenvironment
• Attention to detail and strongorganizational skills
• Compassionate andempatheticnature
