Responsibilities:

Lead the management of plumbing systems across a 200-acre estate in Hyderabad, overseeing irrigation, landscaping, domestic water supplies, motors, pump rooms, and lakes.

Conduct regular inspections, troubleshooting, and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.

Collaborate with estate maintenance team for seamless operation of plumbing infrastructure.

Fluent in Hindi and Telugu to effectively communicate with local staff and contractors.

Requirements:

Demonstrated expertise in plumbing, with a focus on large-scale property management.

Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving plumbing issues efficiently.

Willingness to reside full-time onsite in Hyderabad.

Strong communication skills in Hindi and Telugu.
