- Preparation of detailed Safety management plans/ safety instructions andimplementation in the entire project phases.
- Reviewing and monitoring Safety plans of Contractors
- Establishing standard procedures & tools for Safety Control.
- Compliance of the requirements of multilateral/bilateral funding agencies.
- Coordinate and ensure Safety measures with reference to Safety of running oftrains on the parallel /adjacent Indian Railway track.
- Develop and incorporate necessary provisions in respective tender documents.
