TEAM Description
Anglo-Eastern Fleet Performance Centre (AEFPC), located in Mumbai is Anglo-Eastern's global initiative to leverage the data collected from day-to-day vessel performance monitoring into actionable insights to assist the Owners and the industry. Through training, campaigns and direct engagement with the shipboard management team, the team provides support to improve voyage and machinery performance.
What You Will Do
Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to vessel operations, maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
Identify performance trends, patterns, and areas of improvement through data analysis.
Conduct root cause analysis to identify underlying factors affecting performance and develop actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and insights for performance analysis.
Establish and maintain a comprehensive and accurate performance data management system.
Generate regular performance reports and presentations for the Head of Performance and senior management.
Develop and maintain performance dashboards and visualizations for easy understanding and decision-making.
Provide insights and recommendations based on performance data analysis to drive operational improvements.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including technical, operations, and crewing teams, to align performance objectives and drive improvements.
Communicate performance metrics, trends, and improvement plans to relevant stakeholders.
Foster a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement across the organization.
Act as a liaison between the Performance Department and other departments to facilitate effective communication and coordination.
Experience
Minimum 4 years of experience in performance related role.
or
Minimum 2 years sailing experience as a 2nd Engineer
Qualification
Marine Engineer a Class II or Class I COC
