Job Title: Flavour Manufacturing Technologist

This role is responsible for leading the flavour manufacturing process, testing, and approval of tobacco and capsule flavours. As a key member of the flavour manufacturing team, you will liaise with the flavour development team to ensure the commercialisation of new flavours with an end-to-end perspective.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan raw materials, including liaison with domestic and international suppliers along with the purchasing team to ensure stock levels meet norms;
• Evaluate manufacturing plans against divisional volume targets;
• Maintain high-quality manufactured flavours that meet sensory needs through rigorous quality tests;
• Schedule flavour dispatches to Units while ensuring inventory levels align with norms;
  
• Oversight scale-up transfers from development to production, ensuring reliable processes deliver consistent product outputs, focusing on reliability and process repeatability.​
