    Description

    Role Overview :

    Hollywell (acquired by GCFO) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager/ Senior

    Manager to lead our larger buy- and sell-side deal diligence projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully overseeing transaction diligence work, reviewing outputs from senior associates and managers, and engaging in client discussions to communicate findings and insights. This role offers the opportunity for professional growth, with a clear pathway to advancement to director-level positions contingent upon demonstrated business development capabilities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    ● Lead and manage buy- and sell-side deal diligence engagements, ensuring high-quality

    deliverables and timely execution.

    ● Review and provide guidance on work performed by senior associates and managers, offering

    mentorship and support as needed.

    ● Engage directly with clients to present and discuss the results of diligence efforts, providing

    strategic insights and recommendations.

    ● Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate project activities, allocate resources effectively,

    and drive project success.

    ● Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, cultivating client

    relationships, and participating in proposal development.

    ● Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging best practices related

    to transaction diligence.

    ● Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, promoting knowledge-sharing and

    professional development opportunities.

    ● Uphold the firm's standards of excellence, professionalism, and integrity in all interactions and

    deliverables.

    Qualifications:


    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CFA certification preferred.


    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in transaction diligence, with a focus on buy- and sell-side deals.


    • Proven ability to lead and manage complex projects, with a strong attention to detail and adherence

    to deadlines.


    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients

    and internal stakeholders.


    • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to mentor and develop junior team

    members.


    • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with a keen understanding of client needs and

    market dynamics.


    • Proficiency in financial analysis, modeling, and due diligence methodologies.


    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment, prioritizing tasks

    and managing time effectively.


    • Big 4 experience in audit or diligence is preferred
