Job description
Preferred skills:
- Strong fundamental knowledge of supply chain concepts, with a primary focus on distribution applications
- Hands-on working knowledge of warehouse management applications – Manhattan WM Open Systems platform experience is a plus
- Ability to design, configure, test and deploy WMS solutions
- Demonstrable leadership skills
- Startup mindset
- Knowledge of labor management solutions
- Ability to measure key supply chain metrics and share feedback with client executives
- Experience championing full cycle functional testing to ensure quality solutions
- Ability to create value in WMS implementations by identifying efficiency opportunities and managing risk
- Experience using SQL as a troubleshooting and reporting aid
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or computer science with supply chain focus
- 6-10 years of experience implementing supply chain software
- 50 to 75% travel
- Experience troubleshooting complex software solutions
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate to all levels of an organization
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
