- Manage the manager's calendar, schedule appointments, and ensure that they are kept on track.
- Handle correspondence, both internal and external, including drafting letters, memos, and emails.
- Organize travel, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
- Provide general administrative support, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Act as a first point of contact for callers, responding to emails and phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person.
- Keep the manager's office organized and well-maintained.
- Other duties as assigned.
