    We enable over 1,00,000 businesses with payment collections, vendor payouts, wage payouts, bulk refunds, expense reimbursements, loyalty, and rewards. Apart from India, our products are used in eight other countries including USA, Canada, and UAE.

    Roles & Responsibilities

    • New client acquisition and conversion of leads within specific categories assigned
    • Preparing short-term and long-term sales plans, sales approaches, and strategies
    • Consistently achieving revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives
    • Customer relationship management
    • Building and managing outbound business development pipeline
    • Identifying target accounts with strategic timing and strong use cases
    • Establishing best practices and operating procedures for converting leads to sales
    • Staying updated on market trends and issues affecting the payments industry as well as collecting competitor intelligence

    Required Skills

    • Minimum 6-12 years experience in fintech industry preferably in online payments
    • Relevant experience in new client acquisition and hunting role
    • Strong understanding of payments space preferably in BFSI category (FinTech's, Lending MF , Stock Broking , Insurance)
    • SAAS enterprise sales catering to Lending and Investment categories , Credit Bureaus also preferred
