- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives and the unique needs of the K12 school brands.
- Devise annual marketing strategy, budgeting and phasing. This should build an annual, rolling quarter and month marketing calendar.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, including marketing materials, communications, events, and digital platforms.
- Lead market research initiatives to gain insights into the target audience, competitors, and industry trends, leveraging findings to form branding strategies.
- Manage the creation of compelling brand messaging and positioning that resonates with educators, students, parents, and other stakeholders.
- MBA (Marketing) with at least 8 to 10 years of postqualification experience in B2C service sales and prior experience in brand marketing.
