    Key Responsibilities
    • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
    • Manage the recruitment process, including advertising job openings, shortlisting candidates, and conducting interviews.
    • Support current and future business needs by engaging, motivating, and preserving human capital.
    • Nurture a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns promptly and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

    Requirements

    To succeed as an HR Manager at Shemrock Group Of Schools, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, with a Master's degree being preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of labor law and HR best practices are essential.
