- Roll out and drive the GTM/channel management strategies in the regions to achieve the KPIs of each initiative.
- Ensure cross-functional collaboration with other multiple departments such as sales, logistics, accounts, etc. to align with the strategic initiatives
- Collect the relevant data from the regional teams and track key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of channel management initiatives
- Support the Head - Channel Management to ensure proper training of stakeholders on the channel development initiatives.
- Continuously monitor market trends to identify new opportunities, and threats and make recommendations to align the company's strategies to market realities
