    FIS is a leading provider of financial services technology, and we are seeking a skilled Software Test Analyst Senior to join our team.

    About the Role

    We are looking for an experienced software test analyst with a strong background in manual and automated testing. As a Software Test Analyst Senior, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining and upgrading manual or automated test scripts, utilities, simulators, data sets and other programmatic test tools required to execute test plans.

    You will work closely with the UK Client and help them achieve their Quality goals. You will be responsible for keeping the Test Lead / Manager updated on tasks thus ensuring reporting remains current.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop detailed test plans and test cases based on requirements specification for new features.
    • Create test designs, test procedure specifications and test data.
    • Collaborate with business users to develop regression and integration test suites.
    • Maintain Test Repositories with regular updates for any application change.
    • Execute and log tests, evaluate results and document problems found.
    • Report bugs and errors to development teams.
    • Help troubleshoot issues in test environments.

    What We Offer

    As a Software Test Analyst Senior at FIS, you can expect a competitive salary of around $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

    Requirements

    • 6-8 years of experience in software testing.
    • Good communication skills with ability to confidently talk to all levels of project and client management.
    • Understanding of defined testing processes.
    • Willingness to learn new systems.
    • Ability to work in fast-paced environment.

    Preferred Skills

    • Strong experience in BFSI functional testing domain and writing Test Cases from BRDs / FSDs.
    • Knowledge of Investment Banking – Capital Markets and/or Wealth Management domains.
    • Experience in Trading applications.
    • Unix experience.
    • Experience in Test Automation using Selenium.
