    Responsibilities

    In this role, you shall be responsible for all the activities related to record to report.

    Lead & perform the monthly Closing & Reporting processStrong E2E understanding in R2RReview & Approval of journal entriesIssuance of monthly financial statementsReview & Preparation of financial reporting for forecast and budgetConsolidation & Preparation of Financial StatementsResponsible for reviewing monthly client P&Ls and distributionMonthly analysis and review of balance sheet accounts and expense accountsBalance Sheet reconciliationsAnalysis of expense/accrual/reversals – trends, reasons for increases, etc.

    Financial Reporting & FP& APrepare monthly Management Packs for Finance DirectorsVariance Analysis with meaningful explanationsBudgeting & ForecastingActual VS Forecast walkthroughReporting by Business Line

    • Thorough understanding of P/L & B/S reporting process, prior experience in HFM is preferableResponsibilities as a Team Leader
    • Service DeliveryEnsure Team Meets agreed level of Performance StandardDefine standards that serve as a Benchmark for Service Delivery
    • QualityAbility to lead Projects and Continuous ImprovementsDeliver productivity and drive efficiencies by applying quality toolsRequired to apply advanced analytical skills in assessing concepts/principles and alternative solutions

    Qualifications we seek in you

    Minimum qualifications

    • Excellent comm. skills – Verbal & Written
    • Good knowledge in R2R Domain
    • Hyperion, SAP, MS Office, MIRR
    • Minimum bachelor's degree – B. Com, M.COM/MBA with closing & reporting or CA with Proven experience
    • Must be detailed oriented, organized, with a great sense of urgency, and hard working.
