Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Tech Lead to join our software engineering team at As a Tech Lead, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the technical direction of our projects, leading a team of software engineers, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, providing guidance and support throughout the development lifecycle.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and technical specifications.
Architect scalable and efficient software solutions that meet business objectives and technical requirements.
Drive best practices in software development, including code quality, testing, and documentation.
Oversee the implementation of agile methodologies and processes to optimize team efficiency and project delivery.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to maintain high standards of code quality.

Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, and evaluate their potential impact on our technical stack and development processes.

Identify and mitigate technical risks and challenges proactively, ensuring timely resolution and project success.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the engineering team.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a software engineer, with at least 2 to 3 year of experience in software development.
Demonstrated leadership experience, including leading teams and driving technical initiatives.
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript, and experience with modern frameworks and libraries.
Deep understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and system scalability.
Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban, and proficiency with agile tools such as Jira or Trello.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering practical and innovative solutions.
