Description

This role offers application support to end users on a variety of issues/support for PeopleSoft modules: Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Expenses, Asset Management, Cash Management, General Ledger, and Project Costing. The team will provide second-level support for users globally.

• Provide worldwide technofunctional support to end users. Collaborate with the Business to address PeopleSoft Financial application-related issues, such as data quality and system performance.
• Handle multicurrency financial transactions.
• Develop and propose solutions for issues while awaiting permanent fixes.
• Support systems' integration with other enterprise systems to enhance business processes and achieve objectives.
• Play a vital role in system upgrades.
• Create and manage a knowledge base of problems and solutions via the ticketing system.
• Develop and maintain training materials.
• Conduct unit testingBachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English is a must.
• 3 to 7 years of experience with PeopleSoft Financials.
• Experience in PeopleTools 8.5x or higher, Application Designer, Crystal Reports, PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, XML Publisher, Component Interface, and Integration Broker.
• Familiarity with Accounts and Ledger.
• SQL expertise for query manipulation.
• Experience with MS Office products.

• Understanding of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Expenses, Asset Management, Cash Management, General Ledger, and Project Costing.
• Knowledge of any additional programming language is a plus.
• Proficiency in integration through API is advantageous.

• Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with individuals of varying skill levels.
• Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve business process, system, and interpersonal issues.
• Accountability for providing quality customer service.
• Ability to independently handle routine tasks.
