    Description

    Responsibilities of Zonal Head :


    • Manage overall customer experience, portfolio management, portfolio sale, retention management, monthly sales and drive the targets for 45 RM Leads and 6075 RMs for a designated zone (Western, Navi Mumbai, Thane, KDMC, Outstation and NRI)
    • Responsible for monthonmonth growth on online gross transaction numbers, value and active project management with pool of RMs
    • Responsible for devising and drive the AOP for the vertical
    • Responsible for increasing the efficiency on the lead germination to realization of net income monthonmonth
    • Responsible for managing the entire customer's tertiary need journey, helping in providing/adding the right match basis the customer's need
    • Responsible for increasing the Market and wallet share Month on Month
    • Responsible for effective resolution management and escalation handling for the designated cluster
    • Responsible for strategies around performance evaluation, sale incentive realization for the team
    Qualifications / Experience / Skills:


    • Minimum Graduate, MBA preferred
    • Minimum 7+ years of experience in sales
    • Minimum 5+ years of experience in team handling
    • Minimum 3+ years of experience in real estate retail sales
    • Knowledge of the real estate industry and current market trends
    • Presentable and good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
    • Experience in the lead cycle management including lead nurturing and lead reactivation will be a big advantage
    • Experience in the concierge customer service, healthcare, or hospitality industry will be an added advantage
    • Dedication to customer satisfaction and an enthusiasm to work with an emphasis on detail and followthrough as required
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Familiar with matrix organization
    • Strong people/organization coaching and development skills
    • Data analysis and reporting skills
    • Tech Savvy, interested in adapting to new technologies


    • Travelling flexibility must

    • Will have to keep shuttling across multiple projects for effective revenue generation
    • Should have flair for direct selling and face to face interactions
    • Good negotiation skills for selling
    • Selfmotivated with a strong work ethic and a drive to succeed
    • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software is an advantage
