    About the role:

    • The problem statement of picking an established brand and revamping its market image to align with the new vision / value proposition excites you. And if you have a history of doing similar branding / rebranding campaigns across the B2C space on a mass level.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Branding and repositioning: Revamping the branding in line with the evolved product / value proposition.
    • Building strategies for organic and inorganic growth: Ideating and executing Innovative digital marketing strategies across paid and organic channels to drive brand growth and revenue.
    • Creating strong brand guidelines and aligning all marketing activities to the same.

    ROI:
    Overseeing budget allocation, tracking, and reporting to ensure efficient fund and resource utilization.

    • Data insights and reporting: Creating dashboards to ensure data driven decision making to optimize marketing initiatives and enhance ROI.
    • Building and leading team: Building and leading a highperforming team of 1015, providing mentorship, and driving a culture of excellence.
    • Cross teams collaboration: Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
    • Continuous improvement: Monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and then implementing the best practices.
    These are the Skills/Qualifications that we are looking for:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA preferred.
    • Minimum 5 years of workex in marketing space across branding, paid marketing, organic marketing, and SEO. Candidates with experience in B2C space would be preferred.
    • Proven success stories of revamping and repositioning a well established brand in the past.
    • Expertise in crafting and executing successful multichannel marketing campaigns.
    • Proficiency in leveraging data analytics and insights to drive strategic decisions.
    • Creative thinking, datadriven decisionmaking, and a handson approach to problemsolving.
    • Exceptional leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to inspire and guide teams.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationshipbuilding capabilities.
    • You are an independent thinker who loves developing relationships, driving results and has a strong execution focus. You have experience managing installs and acquisition channels and have a strong bias for getting things done.
