    Lead Our Commercial Office Interior Design Team

    We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Design to lead our commercial office interior design team.

    The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of interior design, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record of delivering innovative and high-quality design solutions for corporate spaces.

    As the Head of Design, you will shape the creative vision, manage the design process, and ensure the successful execution of projects that exceed client expectations.

     

    Key Responsibilities

    • Strategic Leadership:
      • Define and drive the creative vision and design strategy for the organization, ensuring alignment with client goals and market trends.
      • Lead and mentor a team of designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and professional growth.
    • Client Collaboration:
      • Partner with clients to understand their business needs, brand identity, and spatial requirements.
      • P present design concepts, proposals, and detailed plans with clarity and confidence.
      • E nsure creating and maintaining seamless client communication channel to ensure all key details are relayed to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
    • Design Excellence:
      • O oversee the development of innovative and functional design concepts tailored to commercial office environments. Ensure all design outputs, including layouts, elevations, and 3D renderings, meet the highest standards of quality and precision.
    • Project Oversight:
      • M anage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring designs are delivered on time and within scope.
      • C ollaborate with all stakeholders including project managers, contractors, and procurement teams to ensure seamless execution.
      • E nsure regular reporting and maintain progress reports including site visits to monitor progress and resolve design-related challenges.
      • I n-depth understanding of market rates of all generic products and materials used for interior fit-outs.
    • Trendsetting and Innovation:
      • S tay at the forefront of industry trends, emerging technologies, and sustainable design practices to bring fresh perspectives to projects.
      • A dvocate for innovative solutions and materials that enhance functionality and aesthetics.
    • Operational Management:
      • D evelop and implement design standards, workflows, and processes to enhance efficiency and consistency.
      • M aintain and organize project documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.

    Requirements

    • B achelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
    • 10+ years of experience in interior design, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
    • Extensive experience in commercial office design, including large-scale corporate projects.
    • Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp (Must Have), V-Ray, 3Ds Max (Good to have).
    • In-depth knowledge of MEPF, building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
    • Exceptional visual and spatial design skills with a keen eye for detail.
    • Strong portfolio showcasing innovative and functional office interiors.
    • Proven ability to inspire and lead creative teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and controlling budgets.
    • Familiarity with sustainable design practices and materials is a plus.
