    Responsibilities:



    TalentSourcing andAcquisition:Utilize variouschannels to source and identify potential candidates for differentroles within the organization.
    Conductinitial screenings and interviews to assess candidates qualications skills and culturalManage theendtoend recruitment process from job posting to offernegotiation.


    Collaboration withHiring Managers:

    Work closelywith hiring managers to understand their sta ng needs andpriorities.
    Provide regular updates onrecruitment progress share insights and recommend improvements inthe recruitmentprocess.


    CandidateExperience:

    Ensure a positiveand professional candidate experience throughout the recruitmentprocess.
    Act as a point of contact forcandidates addressing inquiries and providing timelyfeedback.


    EmployerBranding:

    Contribute to thedevelopment and execution of employer branding initiatives toattract top talent.
    Represent MyCaptain atrecruitment events and establish relationships with potentialcandidates.


    DataManagement:

    Maintain accurateand uptodate records of candidate information in the applicanttracking system.
    Generate recruitment reportsto track key metrics and identify areas forimprovement.


    Qualifications:

    Bachelorsdegree in Human Resources Business Administration or a relatedfield.
    Proven experience in recruitmenttalent acquisition or a related role (0.61yr).Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.
    Familiarity withapplicant tracking systems and recruitmenttools.
    Ability to work independently andcollaboratively in a team environment.
    Strongorganizational and timemanagementskills.
