About the Client:
Our client is an Irish-domiciled multinational company that provides consulting and processing services.

Job Role:

• To provide e-mail chat support to the client of the company.
  
• Ensuring customer queries are answered to their satisfaction.
  
• Handling customer complaints and accordingly forwarding them over to a supervisor.
  

Note: Candidate Should be residing within 30 km from Airoli.

Requirements

. Minimum Qualification: BA, BBA, BCOM, BBI, BAF, BMS (BSC IT NOT CONSIDER)

• .Diploma and Technical(BE, BTECH), BSC, BCA graduates please do not apply.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
  
• Basic or good knowledge of MS Office(excel,word and power point)
  
• Comfortable with night shifts (US shift timings)
  
• Should have allmark sheets until last semester of graduation without any backlog / arrears, Aadhar card, pan card.
  
• Candidate should have fully vaccinated
  

Salary Offered : Freshers CTC per month
