- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with the organization's overall objectives and values.
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
- Develop and implement performance management systems to ensure that employees are meeting performance expectations and receiving appropriate feedback and development opportunities.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations, including but not limited to EEOC, ADA, FMLA, and FLSA.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on HRrelated matters.
- Lead and develop the HR team, including setting goals, providing feedback, and conducting performance evaluations.
- Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Stay current on HR trends and best practices and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. (Premium college) years of progressive HR experience, with at least [5] years in a leadership role.
