    Job Summary

    The campaign management executive will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing ad campaigns across various platforms.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop target audience segmentation to enhance campaign performance.
    • Research and analyze campaign trends, competitor ads, and audience behavior.
    • Set up and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
    • Conduct keyword research and optimize ad copy, landing pages, and extensions.
    • Implement and manage A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness.
    • Drive high-quality leads through targeted PPC campaigns and achieve SQL targets.
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics daily.
    • Continuously optimize campaigns by adjusting bids, targeting, and ad creatives.
    • Use data-driven insights for strategic decisions to meet KPIs.
    • Create ROI models to measure and improve spending efficiency.
    • Provide budget allocation recommendations based on performance.
    • Generate performance reports and provide insights to management.
    • Collaborate with content and design teams to align ad creatives with campaign goals.
    • Partner with the SEO team to ensure complementary PPC and SEO efforts.

    Ideal Profile:

    • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • Strong track record in driving high-quality leads through well-targeted PPC campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn.
    • Experience achieving SQL targets and implementing multi-channel campaigns that effectively drive prospect engagement and conversion.
    • Hands-on knowledge of remarketing, audience targeting, and bidding algorithms.
    • Proven experience in optimizing Conversion Rate and ROAS.
    • Deadline-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Stays updated with current trends and holds recent certifications in GA and LinkedIn Ads.
    • Hands-on experience with SEMrush, Google Keyword Planner, and AdR.
