Job Description: Red Teamer

Responsibilities:

1. Plan, coordinate, and execute red teaming exercises to simulate realistic cyber-attacks against systems, applications, and infrastructure.

2. Conduct comprehensive penetration tests, vulnerability assessments, and security audits to identify weaknesses and potential attack vectors.

3. Utilize a variety of tools and techniques to exploit vulnerabilities and gain unauthorized access to systems and data.

4. Collaborate with blue team members to understand defensive strategies, evaluate their effectiveness, and provide recommendations for improvement.

5. Document and report findings, including potential risks, vulnerabilities, and recommended remediation measures, in clear and concise reports.

6. Stay up-to-date with the latest attack techniques, tools, and industry best practices to enhance red teaming capabilities.

7. Assist in developing and implementing incident response procedures and guidelines.

8. Participate in security awareness training programs and provide guidance to employees on security best practices.
