    Senior/Lead Software Developer (Angular)

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced software developer to lead our front-end team.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead, mentor and manage front-end team members to achieve project goals.
    • Owning end-to-end responsibility of Dashboards/CMS development, deployment and monitoring phases.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop web applications using Agile methodology.
    • Evaluate requirements and create detailed development strategies.
    • Write efficient, clean and well-maintained code.
    • Integrate APIs and third-party libraries to enhance app functionality.
    • Ensure top-notch performance, quality and responsiveness of CMS & web.
    • Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate development activities.
    • Effectively use tools and ingenuity to identify and fix defects before they become a problem.
    • Collaborate closely with software engineers, product managers and QA teams.
    • Continuously discover, evaluate and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
    • Perform code reviews.
    • Set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other metrics to measure team performance.
    • Manage and motivate the team to deliver high-quality results.
    • Mentor and coach team members to improve their skills and knowledge.

    Requirements

    • Prior experience working on consumer-facing products.
    • 5+ years of experience creating high-performance Dashboards/CMS/web applications using Angular 8+.
    • Passionate about front-end development and writing readable and efficient code.
    • Expert level development skills in HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript.
    • Hands-on experience in cache management.
    • Experience building a product using a mainstream library or framework.
    • Proficient understanding of ES5/ES6, jQuery and SASS.
    • Solid understanding of API integration, asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, AJAX and server-side rendering.
    • Good understanding of analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
