    Main Responsibilities:

    • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries about products, services, or policies.
    • Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns and find suitable solutions.
    • Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with customers via various channels.
    • Order Management: Assist customers with placing orders and processing transactions.
    • Returns and Exchanges: Handle the logistics of returns and exchanges.
    • Follow-up: Ensure customer satisfaction and address any outstanding issues.
    • Record Keeping: Document customer interactions and updates to customer accounts.
    • Product Promotion: Suggest relevant products or services to meet customer needs.
    • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work with other teams to ensure a positive customer experience.
