Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Graphic Designer - Branding & Social located in Bhubaneswar. The Junior Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating graphics, designing logos, developing brand identities, and utilizing typography to create visual representations of brand messages for clients. The designer will also be responsible for creating social media content.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Graphics, Graphic Design, and Typography
• Experience in Logo Design and Branding
• Ability to translate brand messaging into compelling visual content
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets

Create compelling designs for social media, brand identity, print, OOH, and other channels

Be in the know-how of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape, and market trends

Overseeing campaigns through the production stage to completion

Being a multi-tasker, a self-motivated and directed individual who can work independently or as an active team member is non-negotiable

Important Note: One should take ownership of tasks and constantly work towards improving quality standards. Being an active part of the internal feedback process, and having a knack for self-learning is a must

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
