Required Skills:

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on internal hiring processes.
• Strong understanding of HR operations, including employee onboarding, engagement strategies, and training coordination.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with HR software and systems is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
