- Managing PAN India or minimum 2 zones for Agency retention channel (health business)
- Also will be responsible for SME LOB retention
- Visiting key producers/partners every month and ensuring they are provided required support for delivering targeted retention numbers
- Managing a team of Producer RM's who would be engaging with producers for business drive
- Engaging with Underwriting/Ops/tech team to build required process's/systems that would lead to higher efficiency and business uptake
- Working closely with sales team on driving additional revenue (retention strategies including upsell and cross sell)
- Liaising with call center/campaign team for enhanced customer engagement and business conversion
- Analyzing LR's and ensuring profitability on retention book
