    Job Highlights

    Please shortly describe the most important, appealing 5 to 8 tasks of this position:

  • Ensuring delivery of standard user services, from internal & external providers

    • Manage life cycle of devices (computer, mobile phones, etc) setup & assign to users to support & retire

    • Ensure/Operate Service desk & Field support

    • Manage lifecycle of software assets; Train users on using IT assets effectively
  • Actively support business by enabling users to effectively use available IT tools

    • Business support (Focus areas)

    • Sales, Production, Warehousing & Logistics
  • Ideate, plan & execute User trainings

    • Using IT assets effectively (Infrastructure & Software application tools)

    • Data analytics, BR, Power BI, advance excel training

    • Identify new technologies to enable users with new tools e.g. "Copilot" (AI – ChatGPT)
  • Define, setup & execute - local implementation of Global projects
  • Commercials - Define Budget, manage cost control & execute cost reporting.
    Ensure appropriate contracts & billing accuracy of local / global vendors
  • Define IT strategy for LXS IN to support local business needs
