BIM Modeler - Bengaluru, India - WSP in India

Description

To work as part of our Building Services team for WSP USA in WSP India CRC to provide CAD/BIM support to engineering projects.

The successful candidate's role will be as BIM Modeler - Mechanical in our Bengaluru office. You will report to Principal Engineer in Project functionally and reporting to Line manager operationally.

ResponsibilitiesPrepare Mechanical Drawings - 3D Revit coordinated modelsWork closely with USA office to ensure required BIM standards are followed in the CRC Team.

Support design teams and bid teams with the creation of 3D visualizationsPrepare quantities for use in BoQs from the 3D modelProvide specialist support to design teams preparing analysis and design modelsSupport the development and delivery of Project training to the JuniorsCoordination with other discipline team members (like Electrical, Plumbing, etc.)

Clash detection and clash resolutionCreate Parametric Revit FamiliesKey Competencies / SkillsMandatory Skills:

Experience of working on modelling, coordination and managing of International ProjectsExpert user of AutoCAD, Revit MEP & NavisworksExperienced user of MS OfficeExcellent working knowledge of BIM software (version 2019 and above).
