We lead the pick-assist AMR market in Japan and are backed by Goldman Sachs, Sony, and Yaskawa as investors.We are opening a global hub in Chennai, an independent center to enable our global expansion.
You will help build and lead one of the Robotics System and Reliability squads that plays a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of system reliability, rapid problem-solving, and technical support.
The unit comprises DevOps Engineers, Site Reliability Engineers, Robotics Software Engineers, and Fullstack Engineers.Mindset:

RequirementsApplication Support:
Provide timely and effective support for applications, troubleshooting and resolving issues reported by clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless functioning of the applications.
Debugging and Troubleshooting:
Utilize strong debugging skills to identify root causes of issues and implement effective solutions.
Analyze logs and system outputs to diagnose and resolve technical problems.
Issue Resolution:
Connect the dots between different components of the system to resolve complex issues efficiently.
Implement preventive measures to mitigate the recurrence of identified problems.
Documentation:
Maintain comprehensive documentation of support processes, troubleshooting steps, and issue resolutions.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Application Support Engineer or similar role.
Strong proficiency in Linux system administration.
Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in scripting languages, particularly Python.
Solid understanding of networking concepts.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
