- Develop and implement stateoftheart NLP, Computer Vision, Speech techniques.
- Collaborate with other AI researchers to develop innovative AI solutions and services to be used to improve our platform capabilities.
- Mentor and lead the experiments with other team members.
- Conduct research and experiments in deep learning, machine learning, and related fields to support the development of AI techniques.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with experience in machine learning and data analysis.
- 1 to 2 years of industry experience in machine learning, with a strong focus on NLP and Computer Vision.
- Handson experience of ML model development and deploying.
- Experience working with training and finetuning LLM is a plus.
- Experience in audio/speech technologies is a plus.
- Strong programming skills in Python, or other relevant programming languages.
- Familiarity with machine learning libraries, such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, scikitlearn, Conversational frameworks like Rasa, DialogFlow, Lex, etc.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to think out of the box.
- Selfstarter with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
