Job Description

• Plan and execute statutory audit engagementsin compliance with the relevant regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with external audit firms to ensure timelycompletion of the audit process.
• Reviewfinancial statements and ensure accuracy and compliance withapplicable accounting standards.
• Stay abreastof changes in accounting standards tax laws and regulatoryrequirements affecting the industry.
• Implementand monitor internal controls to ensure compliance with statutoryand regulatory requirements.
• Provide guidanceto the finance team on accounting treatment and disclosurerequirements.
• Prepare and analyze financialreports ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather relevantfinancial information for reporting purposes.
• Ensure adherence to reporting timelines and submission offinancial statements to regulatory authorities.
• Work closely with crossfunctionalteams including finance legal and compliance to ensure a cohesiveapproach to financial management.
• Providetraining and guidance to junior team members fostering a culture ofcontinuous learning.
