    Job Description - Telesales

    As a Telecaller specializing in Education Loan Sales at Propelld you will play a crucial role in

    promoting and selling our loan products within the education domain. Your primary

    responsibility will be to engage with potential customers over the phone and guide them through

    the loan application process, offering tailored solutions to meet their educational financing needs.

    You will be an integral part of our sales team and contribute to the growth and success of our

    financial services in the education sector.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Customer Engagement: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers, effectively

    communicate the benefits and features of our education loan products, and address

    their inquiries.

    2. Sales Pitch: Craft persuasive sales pitches tailored to individual customer needs,

    emphasizing the advantages of our loan products, interest rates, and repayment options.

    3. Consultative Sales: Understand the unique financial requirements of customers and

    recommend suitable loan solutions from our product portfolio.

    4. Application Guidance: Assist customers in completing loan applications, collect

    necessary documentation, and ensure a seamless application process.

    5. Follow-up: Maintain a system for lead tracking, follow up with potential customers,

    and nurture relationships to increase conversion rates.

    6. Compliance: Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines when discussing and

    processing loan applications.

    7. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the company's education loan offerings, policies,

    and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.

    8. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs to contribute to the

    company's growth and success.

    9. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales

    activities in the company's CRM system.

    Qualifications:


    • Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or telecalling, preferably in the financial or

    educational sector.


    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


    • Adept at explaining complex financial concepts in a simple and understandable manner.


    • Knowledge of education loan products and the education sector is a plus.


    • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.


    • Goal-oriented and self-motivated.


    • Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
