    Job Summary

    Integra Global Solutions Corp is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the company's operational systems, processes, and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, business administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in operations management.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality assurance protocols and reporting.
    • Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment.
    • Manage data collection for the updating of metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service.
    • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the team's internal capacity.
    • Collaborate with clients, the US office, staff, and management to ensure proper operations of the team.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in program management, business administration, technical management, information systems, engineering, finance/accounting, or a related field.
    • Three or more years of proven success in an operations management role and over all experience of 8-10 years.
    • Excellent interpersonal communication and organizing skills to coordinate project activities.
    • Ability to work with details and time-sensitive issues.
    • Good decision-making skills and response to high-pressure situations.
    • Excellent proficiency in MS Office and preparation of Excel reports.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Knowledge and exposure with Securities and Exchange Commission filing and disclosure requirements.
    • Certifications in Six Sigma, Microsoft 365 tools, and reporting tools such as Power BI.
