    The Business Analyst will collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse business requirements, processes, and workflows. They will translate these requirements into functional specifications for technology teams and work closely with project managers, developers, and testers to ensure successful project delivery. The Business Analyst will also be involved in identifying areas for process improvement and recommending solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

    Please note:

    4. Salary band for this role is available upon request.

    Requirements

    Essential Qualifications:
    • Five or more years of experience in analytics and systems development
    • High proficiency with SQL and database management
    • Proven analytical abilities
    • Experience in generating process documentation and reports
    • Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights
    • Knowledge of at least one vernacular Indian language is ideal
    • Competency using IT systems, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
    • Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Slack, Trello etc., and with digital advertising platforms, social media marketing tools and mass mailing software is ideal
    Essential Experience:
    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (Masters degree is a plus).
    • Proven ability to manage projects and user testing
    • Extensive experience with data visualisation
    • High proficiency in technical writing
    Key Personal Attributes & Skills:
    • Experience in business development and in developing partnerships
    • Knowledge and understanding of the Indian Art Market and its various stakeholders
    • Ability to communicate clearly and coherently over both phone and email and therefore connect with a wide range of potential clients
    • An organised and diligent approach to work, with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
    • Good time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
    • Strong attention to detail and good observation skills
    • Ability to work effectively, both independently and as part of a team
    • Ability to produce clear, coherent creative briefs and project reports
    • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
    • Ability to organise a daily workload by priorities
