- Five or more years of experience in analytics and systems development
- High proficiency with SQL and database management
- Proven analytical abilities
- Experience in generating process documentation and reports
- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Knowledge of at least one vernacular Indian language is ideal
- Competency using IT systems, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
- Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Slack, Trello etc., and with digital advertising platforms, social media marketing tools and mass mailing software is ideal
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (Masters degree is a plus).
- Proven ability to manage projects and user testing
- Extensive experience with data visualisation
- High proficiency in technical writing
- Experience in business development and in developing partnerships
- Knowledge and understanding of the Indian Art Market and its various stakeholders
- Ability to communicate clearly and coherently over both phone and email and therefore connect with a wide range of potential clients
- An organised and diligent approach to work, with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
- Good time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and good observation skills
