Senior UI/UX Designer Role
Pursue a challenging position with appiness-interactive where you will drive user-centered design across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the end-to-end design process, encompassing research and wireframes to prototypes and high-fidelity UI.
- Translate intricate business requirements and user needs into refined, intuitive designs.
- Conduct comprehensive user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to inform design decisions.
- Create detailed user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Establish and maintain robust design systems and UI guidelines to ensure uniformity across all platforms.
- Collaborate closely with developers to guarantee accurate implementation of designs.
- Stay abreast of cutting-edge UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 4+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design for digital products.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, etc.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects across web and mobile platforms.
- Comprehensive understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and design systems.
- Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and front-end technologies is beneficial.

Nice to Have:
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
- Knowledge of motion design or micro-interactions.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Notion.
