    Job Overview

    We are hiring an AC Technician to join our team at deConcord HVAC Systems and Solutions Pvt Ltd. As an AC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining air conditioning systems. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience as an AC Technician.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1-3 years of experience as an AC Technician
    • Diploma or certification in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
    • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems
    • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
    • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
    • Good physical stamina and manual dexterity
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and in a team
    • Valid driver's license

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Install and maintain air conditioning systems according to company standards
    • Perform troubleshooting and repair of AC units
    • Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve issues
    • Ensure proper functioning of all AC components, including compressors, motors, and thermostats
    • Handle refrigerants and follow safety procedures
    • Provide excellent customer service and address customer queries
    • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
    • Adhere to all company policies and procedures
