    Role Overview:

    The Talent Acquisition Specialist primary role is to facilitate the acquirement of suitablecandidates for both internal/external roles and projects, for global clients.

    Involved in sourcing candidates, organising and conducting interviews , the role requires organisation and a results driven individual.


    The successful candidate will have a fresh energized approach to recruiting in the techworld, while bringing exciting ideas to a growing recruitment team.

    They will willingly inputthemselves into team and company meetings and be willing to learn new processes.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
    • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
    • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board etc.
    • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, LinkedIn, Jobstreet,Mynimo, Monster and Naukri.
    • Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
      End to End Technical Recruitment is key to the success of this position.Stakeholder Management**Client Engagement

    Job Qualifications:

    • Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffingagency recruiter)
    • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based,stress etc.)
    • Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phoneinterviewing, reference check etc.)**Minimum 8 years Technical Recruitment Experience.

    Good to have:

    SAP Recruitment Experience.Cloud Recruitment Experience.
