    This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Telecalling Executive at Invisible Grill, Pleated Mosquito Net Company located in Navi Mumbai. As a Sales Executive, your main responsibility will be to generate sales leads on calls and build relationships with potential clients. This includes identifying prospects, presenting products or services, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. You will also collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and contribute to the growth of the company.

    Job Description:

    We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales Telecalling Executive to join our team. The Telecalling Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, generating leads, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and persuasive demeanor, and a passion for promoting products that improve public health.

    Responsibilities:

    • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our mosquito nets and related products.
    • Engage potential customers in conversation to understand their needs and preferences.
    • Provide information about our products, features, benefits, and pricing to generate interest and create awareness.
    • Identify and qualify leads based on customer requirements, budget, and purchase intent.
    • Schedule appointments for the sales team to follow up with qualified leads and convert them into customers.
    • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and appointments in the company's CRM system.
    • Follow up with leads via phone, email, or SMS to provide additional information and support as needed.
    • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies and achieve sales targets.

    Qualifications

    • Prior experience in sales calling
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
    • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
    • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
    • Knowledge of digital marketing and content creation is a plus
    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
